Hunters, Mark your Deer STand Locations.

Hunters be sure to mark the location of your deer stand with blue pin on the hunter’s check in board and with a red pin when you are hunting. The hunter’s check in station is located at the pavilion by the electrical breakers.

Supporting the DNR's Illinois Youth Deer Permit Program

Newark Sportsmen’s Club Supports the DNR’s Illinois Youth Deer Permit Program. To learn how you can take your child on a hunt see the DNR website or contact club member Dave Buesing.

2022 Class Dates
You must pass the Illinois DNR online class hunter safety class and receive your certificate of completion to be able to sign up the for field day class. The field day portion of the class is u held on a Saturday from 8am – 4pm.

Your next trophy animal is out there. Become a member to gain access to our exclusive land. We cap our memberships each year so space is limited. We strive to maintain some of the best land and habitat for hunting deer and doves.

No Dove Hunting
There is no dove hunting allowed behind the clubhouse on the weekend's The range will remain closed until 10am. This will remain in effect until January 16th
Final Trap Shoot
Sunday the 31st is the final trap shoot for this year during the club breakfast
